Frequently asked questions

What happens if the use case isn't feasible?

Sprint 0 ends with a Go / No-Go recommendation. If the case isn't feasible technically, functionally or on data, you'll know before investing in building — along with prioritized alternatives.

How is the MVP managed?

With Scrum, using fixed capacity and duration and a backlog prioritized by business value. We define roles (product council, steering committee and feature team), risk management and the change process.

What do we need to provide?

Licenses or subscriptions and environments, active sponsor participation in the workshops, and support to remove blockers.

Should I start with an AI assessment?

It isn't mandatory, but it's recommended if you don't have prioritized use cases yet. The AI assessment measures your maturity by dimension and delivers use cases prioritized by impact, risk and complexity.
