Frequently asked questions

Which format is right for us?

The executive format (1 day) gives a fast, high-level view; the standard format (3 days) is a comprehensive assessment for teams of up to 50; the extended format (5 to 10 days) is designed for complex or regulated organizations, or those with several business areas involved.

Does it include building a pilot or an agent?

No. Developing models, copilots, agents or RAG solutions is out of scope. That's what the AI App Discovery package is for, and it can build on the use cases prioritized in the assessment.

Is it an audit or a certification?

No. It's a consulting maturity assessment; it isn't a formal audit or a regulatory certification.
